Do We Have a Quilting Stencil Catalog? Yes… and It May Need a Younger Sibling
June 09, 2026One of the questions I receive most often is surprisingly simple:
"Do you have a quilting stencil catalog?"
The short answer is yes.
The longer answer is yes... but it may be time for a younger sibling.
For years, when customers requested a catalog, I would happily send them our printed Full Line Stencil catalog and then direct them to the "What's New" section of our website to see everything added since the catalog was printed.
That system worked well enough.
Or so I thought.
Recently, after another customer asked about our stencil catalog, I decided to take a closer look at the "What's New" category so I could provide better directions.
That's when I made a surprising discovery.
There are now more than 120 stencil designs on our website that are not included in the printed catalog.
One hundred and twenty!
Apparently, I'm very good at adding new stencil designs to the website. I'm not nearly as good at deciding when something should no longer be considered "new."
Somewhere along the way, our "What's New" category quietly transformed into the "What's Been Added Since 2019" category.
Oops.
That realization started me thinking about what comes next.
Adding 120 additional designs to our existing catalog would create a very large booklet. Instead, one possibility we're considering is creating a Volume II catalog featuring all the stencil designs released since the current catalog was printed.
A Post-COVID edition, if you will.
Many quilters still enjoy a printed catalog. There's something satisfying about flipping through pages, circling favorites, making notes, and discovering designs you might not have found while browsing online.
Sometimes a printed catalog simply makes it easier to compare options and dream about future projects.
If you'd like a copy of our current catalog, I'd be delighted to email one to you.
And if a Volume II catalog sounds like something you'd enjoy, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
After all, many of the best ideas at Full Line Stencil begin with a customer question.
