Our March 2019 $100 Shopping Spree winner! Lisa Kishman

In this short blog I wanted to introduce you to our winner for March 2019. She has entered a fantastic quilt I’m so happy to spotlight and share with everyone. Look what can be accomplished with our stencils! Although, there is a whole lot more here than some quilted stencils! a whole lot more!

Meet Lisa Kishman, she is our March winner of our $100 Shopping Spree. She used three of our stencils in the background of her award-winning quilt. Check out the detail in those appliques! I love the border, the flag, the windmill. Every time I look at it I see something new! There is so much detail! Here is what she shared with me about it.

“I love all styles of quilts, but lean more toward traditional. In addition to whatever I’m working on in my sewing room, I always have a portable hand stitching project ready to take wherever we go. Wool applique and English Paper Piecing are my favorites. We live in Marne, Michigan, and often take road trips to enjoy our beautiful state. My little hand-stitching bag always goes with me, it is very well traveled!

Most of my quilts have been quilted on my trusty old Juki 98E. Full Line Stencils make it easy to do beautiful quilting!” – Lisa Kishman

Beautiful work and such great choices for a finished look that doesn’t take away from the applique at all.
Congratulations Lisa Kishman! You are an inspiration!

What have you been working on with our stencils? Click here to learn how you can enter and win $100 shopping spree at www.FullLineStencil.com! Good luck! We’d love to feature your quilt next month! And it doesn’t have to be an award winner like Lisa’s! It’s a drawing, not a contest. We love to see what quilters of all skill levels are doing.
